Tuesday Carabao Cup round three preview: Leicester host Liverpool live on Sky Sports

Leicester host Liverpool live on Sky Sports Football as the third round of the Carabao Cup gets underway on Tuesday.

Both sides will be looking to return to winning ways, with Leicester having lost two and drawn one of their last three matches and Liverpool with two draws and a defeat from their last three.

Danny Ings could feature for Liverpool as he continues his comeback from a second long-term knee injury.
The striker has not made a first-team appearance since the Carabao Cup win over Tottenham last October.
There are two other all-Premier League ties on Tuesday as Bournemouth host Brighton, having just met on Friday Night Football, and Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace are at home to Huddersfield.

Bournemouth came from behind to win 2-1 against Brighton in the Premier League on Friday and claim their first victory of the season.

„Momentum is everything,“ said manager Eddie Howe. „You can’t define it or how and why it changes. You certainly know when you have it and when not.

„You can’t underestimate the power of winning. It’s what the players are here to do and what I’m here to do.“
Tottenham will be looking to improve their form at Wembley when they host Barnsley.

Spurs are yet to win at the national stadium in the Premier League, having been held to a goalless draw by Swansea on Saturday.

„I don’t think about whether we are playing at Wembley or White Hart Lane, the most important thing is to win,“ insisted Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino after the stalemate against Swansea.
„Three days ago we were saying how fantastic the team was after victory against Dortmund. Now we draw after not conceding one single shot on target and people are saying we were disappointing and need to improve.“

Chris Wood might get a chance to face his former side as Burnley host Leeds. The striker left Elland Road to join the Clarets over the summer.

Stoke travel to Bristol City while West Ham are at home to Bolton and Swansea travel to Reading.

There are two all-Championship clashes as Aston Villa host Middlesbrough and Brentford face Norwich.

The lowest-ranked side in action on Tuesday are League One Bristol Rovers, and they face a tricky trip to Wolves, who are second in the Championship and have lost just once this season.Euro Soccer Bonus
