The summer transfer window is in full flow and clubs across Europe are making moves as they look to piece together the squad they need for a successful 2017/18 season.

Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured the continental media for the latest news and transfer rumours.

France

Serge Aurier has agreed personal terms with Tottenham, Juventus and Inter Milan as he looks to leave Paris Saint-Germain. The two parties agreed it would be best for a separation before pre-season but his legal issue continues to complicate matters, with Aurier appealing against being convicted of assaulting a police officer last year. Kylian Mbappe spoke with a number of managers interested in signing him, including Arsene Wenger, Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola, before deciding his future was with Paris Saint-Germain. (L’Equipe)

Brighton and Birmingham are chasing Lille striker Eder. The Ligue 1 clubs are keen on permanently offloading the player, who scored the winning goal in the Euro 2016 final, but the two English sides would prefer a loan for the former Swansea man. (L’Equipe).
Diego Rolan has annoyed the hierarchy at Bordeaux. The 24-year-old striker was not in their squad to face Metz on Saturday as he looks to leave the club. A fee had been agreed with Fulham, but the Colombian wasn’t convinced by a move to the Championship side. (L’Equipe)

Spain

Atletico Madrid are trying to stay out of the war between Diego Costa and Chelsea. The forward’s former club won’t make a move officially until they get a call from Chelsea saying they are willing to negotiate a deal for the wantaway striker. (AS)

The signing of Paulinho has pushed Sergi Roberto closer to the exit door at Barcelona. The 25-year-old sees the Brazilian’s arrival as a sign the club do not trust in him and he could decide to leave the club this week. Two English clubs – Chelsea and Manchester United – and two Italian clubs – Juventus and AC Milan – are monitoring the situation, prepared to meet his €40m (£36m) release clause. (Sport)
Valencia appear to have switched their interest from Arsenal defender Gabriel to Inter Milan centre-back Jeison Murillo. Los Che hope to bring Murillo and Geoffrey Kondogbia in from Inter in a transfer that could see Joao Cancelo move the other way. (Superdeporte)

A number of clubs across Europe are interested in Atletico Madrid’s out-of-favour striker Luciano Vietto. He is a Sampdoria and Monaco transfer target, while a Russian club has also asked after him. His former side Villarreal, along with Valencia, are willing to take him on loan, but Atleti prefer a permanent deal. (Marca)

After failing to score either in pre-season or the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale’s futures in the starting XI at Real Madrid are in doubt. (AS)

Italy

Alex Sandro remains on Chelsea’s radar. The Blues are going to keep pursuing the Juventus left-back until the window closes, but the Serie A champions are insistent he is not for sale. (Gianluca Di Marzio)

Juventus have finally found their man in their search for a defensive midfielder. Blaise Matuidi is likely to join before Sunday. (Corriere dello Sport)
Carlos Bacca has said goodbye to his AC Milan team-mates ahead of a move to Villarreal. (Tuttosport)

The departure of Bacca to Villarreal will start a merry-go-round of strikers. Nikola Kalinic will join Milan, Giovanni Simeone will go to Fiorentina and Maxi Lopez will sign for Genoa. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Portugal

Norwich forward Nelson Oliveira claims not to know anything about Wolves transfer links despite an angry celebration towards Daniel Farke after scoring against Fulham recently. „I do not know about Wolves’ possible interest, I admire Nuno Espirito Santo as a coach and I even have friends at Wolves, but I’m happy at Norwich,“ he said. Germany

Julian Draxler is confident he still forms part of PSG’s plans despite Neymar’s arrival. (Sport Bild)

Michael Reschke, Stuttgart’s new sporting director, says he can understand how Ousmane Dembele’s head has been turned by being a Barcelona transfer target. He says the figures being bandied about are enough to make anyone want to move, let alone the 20-year-old Borussia Dortmund attacker. (Sport Bild)

Former Fulham left-back Kostas Stafylidis could be set for a move to Hamburg. The Augsburg man was left out of the matchday squad last weekend due to injury, but the 23-year-old Greece international claims he is fully fit. (Bild)
