Hanley Town Trip

STOKE CITY U23’s travel to Hanley Town this evening in the 2nd Round of the Staffordshire Senior Cup (7:45pm).

It’s the first time Town have been in the competition, and were granted a bye in the first round back in August.

The Potters progressed to this stage thanks to a Tyrese Campbell strike in a 1-0 victory against Sporting Khalsa last month.

Glyn Hodges’ side will be looking to bounce back from a 3-2 defeat to Newcastle United at Clayton Wood on Friday afternoon.

Meanwhile Hanley were defeated 2-1 at home to West Didsbury & Chorlton in the North West Counties Premier Division on Saturday.

Ticket prices for the game are £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
