Nathan Baker back with Bristol City after making move from Aston Villa

Bristol City have completed the signing of defender Nathan Baker from Aston Villa for an undisclosed fee.

The 26-year-old, who had a spell on loan at Ashton Gate in 2015-16, has agreed a four-year contract with Villa’s Sky Bet Championship rivals.

Baker had been with Villa since 2004 and made 35 appearances last season after returning from his loan spell with the Robins.
City boss Lee Johnson told bcfc.co.uk: „Nathan is a quality signing. He’s a very good defender who is held in high regard.
